Looking after your mental health is as important as looking after your physical wellbeing, even more so in times of uncertainty and change.
Here are some free mental health services you can reach out to for support on those harder days:

- 1800RESPECT: A 24-hour phone support service for people impacted by sexual assault and family violence is available via phone on 1800 737 732 or chat online
