Complaints about insurers, employers and service providers
If you are a person with an injury or their representative and you have a complaint about your insurer, contact the Independent Review Office (IRO) on 139 476.
SIRA can help with all other complaints in the NSW Workers Compensation, Compulsory Third Party and Home Building Compensation Schemes.

You can create an account through MySIRA, to track the progress of your complaint or feedback, or provide more information.
SIRA will respond within 2 business days of receiving your submission.
