Customer surveys
SIRA conducts a number of research programs on the schemes we regulate.
Feedback received from the surveys will be used to better understand the experience of people who have made a claim or requested support and will help to improve future processes and outcomes.
Participation in these surveys is voluntary, and any information provided will be strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or permission is given during the survey. More information is available in SIRA’s Privacy Policy.
