Feedback opportunities

SIRA is conducting a number of research programs on the schemes we regulate.

Feedback received from the surveys will be used to better understand the experience of people who have made a claim or requested support and will help to improve future processes and outcomes.

Participation in these surveys is voluntary, and any information provided will be strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or permission to do so is given during the survey. Further detail about our handling of information is available in SIRA’s Privacy Policy.

Current surveys

Injured person experience with CTP scheme and supports survey

SIRA is conducting a feedback survey to understand people’s experience navigating their compulsory third party (CTP) insurance claim and accessing supports. Research learnings will be used to help improve the experience, recovery outcomes and better inform the support that people claiming CTP insurance need.

Personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any party unless required by law, or you give permission during the survey to do so. View SIRA’s Privacy Policy for more information.

How the survey works

From the start of November 2023, SIRA will be conducting surveys with people who’ve made a CTP insurance claim. The survey will be open until the 30th of November.

Home building compensation claims experience survey

SIRA is conducting a feedback survey to understand people’s experience with their home building compensation claim. Completion of the survey with your feedback, whether positive and negative, is important and is greatly appreciated.  The feedback received will be used by SIRA to understand people’s experiences and what improvements can be made to support people making claims.

How the survey works

From Monday 6 to Friday 17 November 2023, SIRA will be conducting surveys with eligible people who’ve made a home building compensation claim.

The survey will close at 11:59pm on Friday 17 November 2023. Participation in this research is voluntary and a person can choose to opt-out at any time. Participation in the survey will not have any impact on your claim itself or any future claims.

Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any party unless required by law, or you give permission during the survey to do so.

SIRA Customer experience research amongst injured people

SIRA will be conducting a feedback survey to understand people’s experience with their workers compensation or compulsory third party (CTP) insurance claim. Completion of the survey with your feedback, both positive and negative, is important and is greatly appreciated.  Research learnings will be used by SIRA to help improve the experience and recovery outcomes of and better support people making claims.

SIRA has engaged independent research agency Fiftyfive5 to carry out this research.
