SIRA funded programs evaluation
SIRA will be conducting phone interviews to understand people's experience with SIRA funded vocational programs that are designed to help people return to work.
These programs include:
- the Job Cover Placement Program,
- Work Trial,
- Training,
- Connect2Work,
- Equipment and Workplace Modification,
- the Transition to Work Program, and
- Recover at Work Assist.
Participation in this phone interview is voluntary but your feedback is important to us and greatly appreciated. This research will be used by SIRA to improve the experience and better support people who undertake these programs in the future.
The feedback you provide will be confidential and remain anonymous.
How the interview works
In April 2024, we will conduct phone interviews with people who have participated in one or more vocational programs that are funded by SIRA.
We will send you an email that contains additional information about the interview, and how to nominate a day and time that suits you for a phone call.
Again, participation in this survey is voluntary and you can opt out at any time.
How we protect your information
Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any party unless required by law, or you give permission during the survey to do so.
More information is available in SIRA’s Privacy Policy.
