Is the new MAIA CCD Portal replacing the existing MACA CCD portal?
The MAIA CCD Portal is not replacing the MACA CCD portal.
You are still obliged to complete claims costs disclosures via the existing MACA CCD portal for accidents that occurred before 1 December 2017 in accordance with clause 24 of the Motor Accidents Compensation Regulation 2020, until further notice.
You will continue to be notified of these requests via email with a link. To access this portal, effective December 2023 all users will be required to set up a Microsoft Authentication following the Final User Guide: New Security Control for CCD.

Can I access a disclosure record once it has been submitted?
A record can be found by filtering your list to show 'submitted' disclosures.
You can review the data that you have submitted to SIRA and save or print a copy.
I can’t submit my form because of an error
It is likely that you have not completed all required fields in the form, or the form does not add up correctly.
Check all fields marked with an asterisk * to ensure that data has been entered, and review data calculations for accuracy.
If the value of the field is zero, type ‘0’ in the field.
If you are still encountering errors, please contact CTP Assist on 1300 656 919 or email [email protected]
Can I save an application and complete it later?
You can save the disclosure and return to it later.
You have 20 business days to complete the claims costs disclosure, and if it cannot be completed within this time, you will need to request an extension. Email [email protected] to request an extension, including the reason.
Will deactivating a user remove the data of disclosures that they have submitted?
Deactivating a user will only disable their access to your firms account and the disclosure data within the CCD Portal.
You will still be able to access the data via the ‘submitted’ disclosures button.
