Indexed adjustments to workers compensation benefits from 1 July 2020
The latest indexed adjustments to workers compensation benefits are now available and apply on and from 1 July 2020.
The adjustments were notified in the Workers Compensation (Indexation) Amendment Order (No 2) 2020, which was published on the NSW Legislation website on 26 June 2020.
The workers compensation benefits guide July 2020 is now available on the SIRA website and provides the latest details on the indexed adjustments.
