advise the employer before a statutory step-down in the worker’s weekly payments, and
advise the employer of the correct weekly payment to be paid after the step-down.

Where the workers compensation legislation provides for a reduction in weekly payments of compensation, insurers are required to provide affected workers with sufficient notification to prepare for the change in their weekly payments of compensation.
