Support at CTP Assist
People impacted by a motor vehicle crash on NSW roads are supported during their claim and recovery by SIRA’s CTP Assist.
CTP Assist helps people navigate the compulsory third party (CTP) Green Slip claims process, understand their entitlements and provide access to trauma and grief support. The service provides information and support for people injured and family members of people who have died in a motor crash in NSW and to other users of the compulsory third party (CTP) Green Slip scheme like health providers, hospitals and lawyers.

- advice to help you understand eligibility for claims under the compulsory third party insurance scheme
- assistance with identifying and getting in touch with the relevant insurer
- help with completing forms should you wish to make a claim

- access to injury recovery information and online resources
- access to legal services and local community services
- specialist support for family and other close relations of people who have died as a result of a motor vehicle crash.
