In accordance with section 6 of the Workers’ Compensation (Dust Diseases) Act 1942, the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) has determined the manner in which NSW workers compensation insurer contributions to the Workers’ Compensation (Dust Diseases) Fund will be determined for the 2023-24 financial year.
