Updates to version 1.1 of the Motor Accident Guidelines: CTP Care
The State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) regularly reviews and updates the Motor Accident Guidelines: CTP Care to ensure that the CTP Scheme is functioning optimally and that it continues to support the objectives of the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017.
Version 1.1 of the Motor Accident Guidelines: CTP Care incorporates changes which respond to amendments made to SIRA’s Significant Matter Notification Requirements policy document.
