The State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) conducted a review of its self-insurance licensing framework and engaged PricewaterhouseCoopers to assist. The review aimed to identify and recommend potential regulatory reforms that would improve workers compensation outcomes by creating incentives for self-insurers while reducing regulatory burden.
