    What is this about?

SIRA undertook to review the self-audit process and documentation with the goal of increased consistency, greater transparency and improved confidence in the outcomes of the self-audits. Improving the quality and value of the self-audits allows insurers to optimise the lessons learnt from the audit to improve processes and practices that will ultimately deliver better outcomes for injured workers.

We invite you to read the draft Claims Management Audit Manual and appendices (below) and give us your feedback. A summary document listing the changes has also been provided for ease of reference.
