Section 39 support and information service
We’ve established a new service for workers, employers, insurers and other stakeholders looking for guidance and support around section 39.
Workers and others can contact the support and information service via phone or email to discuss the 260 week payment limit and its impact, as well as receive links to relevant community services in the worker’s local area, through HSNet and where face-to-face support is required, an Ability Links program.
