Reminder: Have your say on ‘minor injury’ definition by 8 September
How do you think the definition of 'minor injury' is working within the motor accidents CTP scheme?
We'd like to know what you think as we review the minor injury definition against the objectives of the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017.
We're inviting this feedback because we want to:
- be aware of any issues or concerns about the minor injury definition, and
- gain insights on where the minor injury provisions in the Act may or may not be delivering intended outcomes for customers.
We particularly invite comment from injured people, their supporters, insurers, lawyers, medical professionals and other interested stakeholders.
