Youi Pty Ltd
Effective from 1 December 2020, Youi Pty Ltd will enter the CTP market and motorists will be able to compare Youi CTP Greens Slip quotes to other insurers in Green Slip Check.
CIC Allianz
As of 15 January 2019, CIC Allianz no longer sells NSW CTP Green Slips. CIC Allianz will however continue to manage claims. For inquiries, contact CIC Allianz on 1300 360 340.
Zurich
On 1 March 2016, Zurich stopped selling CTP Green Slips. On 31 December 2018, Zurich’s NSW CTP insurance portfolio was transferred to Gordian RunOff Limited, after Gordian RunOff Limited was granted a licence under the Motor Accidents Compensation Act 1999. Gordian RunOff Limited is the licensed insurer for the Zurich CTP portfolio, which it purchased from Zurich when it exited the NSW CTP market. The claims made on policies written by Zurich are, since 31 December 2018, made on, and in the name of, Gordian RunOff Limited.
Policyholders’ and claimants’ rights and responsibilities will not be impacted by the transfer. Gordian RunOff Limited will honour all the terms and conditions of the NSW CTP Policies and will continue to provide the same cover.
