The findings of the assessment of this dispute are as follows:
- For the purposes of section 3.28 of the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017 ( “the Act) the insurer was entitled to cease as and from 9 April 2019 the statutory benefits of AGL paid in respect of the motor accident.
- Effective Date: 9 April 2019
- Legal Costs: Notwithstanding the findings of the assessment the Claimant is entitled to costs payable by the Insurer in the sum of $1,826.00 inclusive of GST in accordance with the Motor Accident Injuries Regulation 2017.
