2. How do I claim my refund?

To see if you are eligible and to claim the refund visit the Service NSW website.

Refunds are made through electronic fund transfer, so you will need to provide your bank’s BSB number and your bank account details when submitting your claim.

As the Government has recouped the extra money paid from insurance companies, there is no need to contact your insurer.
