We've already started making government services easier to find and easier to use. Now we're asking for your feedback to help us provide more digital services.

    Consultation period: 11/01/2017 9:30 am to 10/02/2017 11:59 pm

Governments at home and across the world are increasing the number of online services available to citizens.

From having your say on billion dollar infrastructure projects, to renewing your driver’s licence, to finding a school for your first child; more and more people are using digital channels to communicate with government.

We want to be at the forefront of this digital transformation.

This transformation brings challenges, but also opportunities, to find more effective ways of doing things; ways that improve your experience and the way government operates.

We are talking with our citizens, businesses, NGOs, and other stakeholders to develop a new Digital Government Strategy to drive transformation in NSW.

We want your views on how you use digital technology and how we can make it work best for you. Specifically, we want to know how we can wrap our services around key events in your life, so you get the information you need just at the right time.

Your responses will help us get a better idea about what matters most to you and how we can make NSW one of the easiest places to interact with government.
