We are seeking feedback on the draft mandatory standards of practice that will be added to our online Claims Administration Manual.
The standards of practice aim to set expectations for insurer claims management processes and conduct without being unduly prescriptive. Where appropriate, the standards will include key timelines, processes and procedures to be adopted by insurers with respect to key milestones and other aspects of workers compensation claims.
We encourage you to have your say and let us know how we can support an efficient and effective workers compensation system.
